MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE
Manufacturing Excellence
in Egypt
Located at kilometer 75 on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road in Nubariya, Beheira Governorate, our fully automated manufacturing facility covers 220 acres, with 45% of the site built up.
With 32 production lines, more than 144 products and an annual production capacity of 650 million liters, Beyti manufactures juices, milk, cheese and yogurt for local and international markets. Our sales capacity reaches 7 million units a day, about 2.5 billion units a year.
Our development program included six new production lines across 2022–2023, two cheese production lines in 2024, and five lines for yogurt, cheese and drinking yogurt inaugurated in 2025.

With Consumers
Our extensive distribution infrastructure supports product availability across Egypt.
With 33 distribution centers, a fleet of approximately 1,360 trucks, and a network reaching more than 110,000 points of sale, Beyti combines manufacturing scale with strong market coverage.
This operational network supports product movement from our manufacturing facility through distribution channels to retailers and consumers.
AGRICULTURAL SUPPLY CHAIN
Strengthening Egypt’s Agricultural Supply Chain
Local sourcing and supplier development are important parts of our operating model. We work with Egyptian farmers and suppliers to improve quality, productivity, and long-term supply chain capabilities.
Our agriculture programs support more than 100 small & medium-sized farms with more than 500 hours of annual training, digital reporting tools, quality audits and improvement plans.
We also operate more than 10 milk collection centers supporting the supply of approximately 250,000 tons annually.
INVESTMENT
Continuous Improvement
and Investment
Beyti has invested more than USD 500 million in Egypt, with an EGP 8.7 billion investment plan for 2025–2027. 67% of our raw and packaging materials are sourced locally.
Over the past four years, Beyti tripled its local supplier base. From 2021 to 2025, we localized services worth EGP 50 million through capability development and supplier programs.
